Für ein Prime Time Format suchen wir ein Pärchen aus NRW, das sich dazu bereit erklärt, für maximal 2 Wochen auf den Gebrauch ihres Smartphones und ggf. Tablets zu verzichten (Drehzeitraum: Juni 2025) und einen „Digital Detox“ zu machen. Wie lange ist das möglich? Wie lange hält man durch?Über die gesamte Zeit sind die Teilnehmer und Teilnehmerinnen dazu angehalten, ihre Stimmung und Gedanken mit einer von uns ausgehändigten Kamera festzuhalten und Alltagssituationen einzufangen, in denen sie der Verzicht vor Probleme stellt. Wie funktioniert der Alltag ganz ohne Smartphone und digitale Medien? Und was verändert sich durch den Verzicht?Zu Beginn und gegen Ende des Experiments werden sie von einem Kamerateam besucht und interviewt.
