For a TV consumer report, we are looking for men and women from Berlin or the surrounding area who have had a parcel lost or stolen after a drop-off authorization
Maybe your shipment was left at the desired drop-off location and then disappeared - and the retailer or parcel service considered the delivery to be completed. We would like to find out what exactly happened, how you dealt with it and what difficulties you had in clarifying the situation.
The aim of the contribution is to educate consumers about the risks of drop-off authorizations and to give practical tips on how to protect themselves.
