BetterPelvi is revolutionizing the fields of core health, pelvic floor, and neuromodulation. For our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok), we’re looking for authentic creators who can present complex health topics in an accessible, entertaining, and visually appealing way!

Your Responsibilities:

• Scripted Content Creation: You’ll film short, dynamic UGC videos (hooks, storytelling, educational content) based on scripts and briefings we provide.

• Remote Content: Initially, the focus will be on videos you can film from the comfort of your own home (lifestyle, everyday scenes, problem-solving hooks – without a chair).

• Option for on-site shoots: If the opportunity arises, you’ll have the chance to film in one of our partner studios right next to the BetterPelvi Chair.

What you bring to the table:

• Confidence in front of the camera: You speak naturally, engagingly, and to the point.

• A good sense of trends: You’re familiar with popular TikTok/Reels hooks, cuts, and formats.

• Good video & audio quality: A modern smartphone and good lighting (e.g., natural light or a ring light) are all you need.

• Interest in health & wellness: You enjoy topics like health, sports, postpartum, or biohacking.

Here’s what we offer:

• Clear briefing: You don’t have to reinvent the wheel—we provide you with tried-and-true scripts and concepts.

• Flexible work: 100% remote and completely flexible in terms of hours.

• Long-term collaboration: If your performance is good, we’d love to work with you on a long-term basis (on a project or flat-rate basis).

• €300 for an initial trial package consisting of 2 short videos

1. Hard Skills (Technical Skills & Expertise)

• Equipment & Quality: A modern smartphone with crystal-clear video quality (4K or 1080p at 60 fps) and clean audio quality (no echo, a good microphone, or a quiet environment).

• Lighting & Setting: A good sense of lighting (plenty of natural light or a ring light) and an appealing, tidy backdrop at home (e.g., a modern living room, neutral background, adequate brightness).

• On-Camera Performance: Fluent speech without many “ums” or pauses, precise delivery of the provided scripts, and effective facial expressions and gestures during the first 3 seconds (hooks).

2. Soft Skills (Presentation & Mindset)

• Authenticity & Approachability: No artificial “teleshopping” sales pitch, but rather the ability to talk about an interesting health topic like a real friend.

• Reliability & adherence to the briefing: Timely delivery of raw files and strict adherence to the provided briefing.

• Interest in health, fitness, and wellness: A natural interest in body awareness, core stability, postpartum recovery, sports, or biohacking, so that the content comes across as credible.

• Openness to Feedback: Willingness to re-record a hook or reshoot a scene after receiving brief feedback.
