UGC Creator (m/f/d) for Social Media Ads for an Educational Institution

We’re a state-recognized educational institution that helps people launch new careers through hands-on online courses in marketing, sales, and AI.

What it’s about:
For our Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook), we’re looking for UGC creators to produce short-form content in 9:16 portrait format. You’ll take on the role of someone who has completed or is currently taking one of our training programs and authentically share their journey—for example, their experience with the course, their career transition, or their new job in marketing, sales, or AI.

• Depending on the video, you’ll either speak directly to the camera or we’ll use a voiceover with appropriate B-roll footage.

• For each video, we need 3 different hook variations and 2 CTA variations so we can test what works best.

• You’ll provide us with the raw footage (i.e., 3 hook variations, video body, 2 CTA variations) and usage rights for 3 months.
