UGC Creator (m/f/d) for Native TikTok Skincare Clips

It pays to act fast: In our last call for applications, spots filled up very quickly—if this sounds like something for you, we recommend applying as soon as possible.

What’s it all about? We’re a GMP-certified cosmetics manufacturer based in Bielefeld (skin care, with a focus on more even-toned skin / Even-Tone).

For our own channels, we’re looking for authentic creators who can shoot short, honest product videos. We’ll edit and post the finished content ourselves—you provide the raw footage.

First things first—this is about NATIVE TikToks: The end result should be authentic, native TikTok videos—no polished commercials, no glossy production. We want content that looks and sounds like a completely normal, honest TikTok: laid-back, relatable, “real-life.” It’s precisely this natural, unforced style that matters most to us.

What you’ll do You’ll speak casually and clearly about the product’s benefits and demonstrate how to use it—for example, by applying it to your own skin and showing its texture and how it fits into your routine. Short clips (~30 sec.), a smartphone is all you need. Two example formats:

• Close-up voice-over routine: you demonstrate how to use the product in a close-up and talk about it in a relaxed manner.

• Reenacted “Viral” Formats: We’ll give you a template/reference; you’ll reenact it using the product in your own style.

You’ll receive a clear briefing (Hook / Body / CTA)—but you’ll present it in your own words so it comes across as authentic. Before applying, please take a moment to consider whether you feel confident creating videos like these.

What you’ll deliver per package (we’ll handle the editing)

• 5 short videos (30–45 sec.) about a product – fully briefed (Hook / Body / CTA)

• 2 additional 5-second hooks per video (just a short voice-over) – Together with the hook in the video, this results in 3 hook variations

• 5 reaction clips (approx. 5 sec. each, no text) for you to edit in as you like:

  • Shock / “Wait, what?” – Eyes wide open, looking directly into the camera in surprise

  • Skeptical? Convinced – First a doubtful look, then an appreciative nod and smile

  • Product Showcase – Hold the product in front of and next to your face, wiggle it slightly, and smile

  • Glow moment – Run your hand contentedly over your cheek and smile relaxed into the camera

  • Insider tip – lean closer to the camera conspiratorially and give a quick wink (as if you’re revealing a secret)

• All as raw footage – you don’t have to edit it; we’ll take care of that

Estimated time required: approx. 2–3 hours – you’ll receive everything fully scripted, so it’s just a matter of recording your voiceover (depending on how good your takes are).

The Products & Ingredients These are the two products:

• Pure Bright C7 Serum – INCI: Aqua, Propanediol, 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid, Pentylene Glycol, Citric Acid, Ferulic Acid, Sodium Hyaluronate, Allantoin.

• Pure Brightening Set – a set of several products: INCI Labs Cleansing Gel, Barrier Booster, and Lipid Shield Cream.

Requirements

• 100% remote; a smartphone is all you need

• Good lighting

• Good audio

• You provide the raw files; We’ll handle the editing and posting on our own marketing channel

Compensation

• €99 for the package + free product set

• Follow-up assignments possible if the collaboration goes well
