UGC Creator (m/f) for Student Apps

We’re TokIntelAI, and we handle social media marketing for two student apps. We’re always looking for UGC creators who can record short talking-head videos for TikTok and Instagram in a genuine student style. Nothing glossy—just relatable and authentic.

The videos are intentionally kept very simple: For each video, you’ll receive a ready-made script with clear guidelines for the hook and structure, so you don’t have to come up with anything on your own. Each video takes less than 15 minutes to complete, and you’ll record and edit directly in the TikTok app.

The offer: A fixed base pay of 150 euros per week—that’s 650 euros per month—for 14 short videos per week. You’ll record them all in one filming session; once you’ve gone through training, you’ll have the entire weekly batch wrapped up in two to three hours. Two videos per day will be posted on TikTok and Instagram.

In addition, there are view bonuses: 0.50 euros per 1,000 views for each video with 10,000 or more views, measured over the first 14 days (organic views), capped at 500 euros per video. You’ll also get access to our creator platform, the complete creator kit with both apps, and our Discord community.

You’ll work entirely remotely and film from home using your cell phone. The collaboration is on a freelance basis, invoiced on an ongoing basis with no end date. To get started, you’ll submit a short test video, after which we’ll finalize the fixed weekly deal with a contract via our Creator Platform.

• You come across as natural on camera and speak German fluently.

• You have a genuine “college student vibe”—meaning you’re either a student yourself or could easily pass as one (character age 18 to 29).

• You can record and edit videos directly in the TikTok app—you don’t need a separate editing program.

• You have a smartphone with a decent camera and are reliable for the weekly batch shoot.

• Previous experience as a UGC creator is a plus, but not required.

• Freelance work on an invoice basis.
