Job description
For a social awareness campaign for children and teens, we’re looking for a young creator in her early 20s who can speak authentically on camera and has experience creating her own UGC.
The videos focus on personal stories about boundaries, relationships, self-determination, and dealing with difficult situations. That’s why a natural, approachable storytelling style is important to us—the videos shouldn’t look like traditional advertising, but rather like a credible personal story.
Scope & Compensation:
2 videos
€200 per video / €400 total
Buyout terms or usage rights will be agreed upon individually with the creator and set forth in a contract.
Role / Requirements profile
Ideally in your early 20s
Extensive experience with UGC
Very confident and natural on camera
Good storytelling skills and a knack for emotional topics
Creative ideas for appropriate visuals and B-roll
Ability to shoot the videos independently at home or in your everyday life
Reliable execution according to the briefing and script
You’ll shoot all the content yourself and remotely. We need both the spoken scenes shot directly into the camera and supplementary B-roll that visually supports the story being told. Your own creative visual ideas are expressly encouraged.
The videos will be posted on TikTok and Meta and some will be used as paid ads on TikTok.
