Job description

For a social media campaign focused on topics that matter to young people, we are looking for a male creator in his early 20s with an athletic presence and solid UGC experience.

You’ll be responsible for two storytelling videos that explore personal experiences and societal expectations. Topics include self-image, identity, expectations placed on young men, and finding your own path

For one of the stories, you should also be able to authentically, respectfully, and naturally embody a queer experience or story. Being queer yourself is not a requirement—what matters is that the story comes across as authentic and not staged or clichéd.

Compensation:

  • 2 videos

  • €200 per video / €400 total

Buyout/usage rights will be negotiated separately with the creator and set forth in a contract.

Role / Requirements profile

  • Male creator, ideally in his early 20s

  • Active, athletic lifestyle

  • Extensive experience with UGC and self-produced social media videos

  • strong storytelling and natural on-camera presence

  • authentic handling of emotional and personal topics

  • Creative ideas for B-roll and diverse visual styles

  • Independent production based on a briefing

  • Ability to also produce sports-related B-roll, e.g., related to training or the gym

Here’s how production works:
Filming takes place entirely remotely. We’ll provide you with the content concept and the framework, and you’ll handle the filming independently. In addition to the direct “talking-to-camera” scenes, we need appropriate B-roll for the scenes. We’re especially looking forward to your own ideas.

The campaign is aimed at children and teenagers who are looking for guidance or support, without coming across as traditional advertising.&

The campaign will run on TikTok and Meta, and in some cases as TikTok Ads.

Gender

Male / Non-binary

Age

18 – 24 years
