Job description
From September 2 to 8, 2026, PBM Europe will provide the team representing an international technology brand at IFA Berlin—Europe’s most important technology trade show.
Location: Messe Berlin, ExpoCenter City
Period: September 2–8, 2026, continuously
Working hours: September 2–3 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, September 4–8 from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Total: approx. 63.5 paid hours, paid breaks
Your tasks: Welcoming and assisting visitors and industry professionals, actively engaging with them, presenting products, supporting simple product demonstrations, and managing individual booth areas.
No prior technical knowledge is required. You will receive product training and a briefing before your assignment to ensure you perform confidently.
Your compensation: €1,206.50 gross for short-term employment (€19/hour) or €1,397.00 invoiced as a freelancer (€22/hour net).
Benefits
Up to €1,397 for the entire assignment—63.5 paid hours consecutively, including breaks. Predictable schedule, with no gaps between assignment days.
All hours actually worked will be paid, including overtime.
Two compensation models to choose from: short-term employment at €19/hour gross (€1,206.50) or on an invoice basis at €22/hour net (€1,397.00) with a valid business license.

Job Requirements
Full availability from September 2 to 8, 2026 – the assignment will only be awarded in its entirety.
Very good German skills and good English skills.
Friendly, well-groomed, and professional demeanor, as well as a passion for actively engaging with visitors.
Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
Experience at trade shows, in promotion, hospitality, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not a requirement—we will train you.
Residence in Berlin or the surrounding area with reliable daily transportation to the Berlin trade show grounds.
For payment via invoice: a valid business license and the ability to issue proper invoices.
You are responsible for arranging your own travel to and from the event and your own accommodations; these costs will not be reimbursed.
