Job description
We are an established company in the ed-tech (educational technology) sector and operate one of the leading online learning platforms for students. For a social media campaign, we’re looking for a UGC creator who is a teacher or media educator by profession.
The format is a “Animal List”-style ranking video: As a mother and expert, you’ll rate various learning methods and ways children learn and use media today, ranging from “doesn’t help at all” to “really good.” Our learning platform comes out on top. The video should look like a genuine post from your feed, not like an ad.
You’ll receive a detailed briefing with a script. The key messages about our product are provided; you’re welcome to phrase everything else in your own words—that’s exactly what makes the format credible. It’s important to us that the content aligns with your professional expertise: If, as a teacher or media educator, a statement doesn’t seem right to you, let us know, and we’ll work together to adjust the script.
You’ll shoot the video yourself using your smartphone. We’ll handle the editing and post-production.
Role / Requirements profile
Must-have:
Female, professionally a teacher or media educator (currently employed or with relevant training or professional experience)
Credible in the role of a mother (having children of your own is not required)
Proven experience with self-shooting; please include a portfolio or sample videos
Natural, relaxed presence on camera, you speak just as you would in your own videos
Reliable delivery of raw footage
Nice to have:
if applicable, Experience with ranking, tier list, or opinion formats on TikTok/Instagram
A child of your own who can briefly appear in individual B-roll shots (optional)
Technical Requirements
A modern smartphone with a good camera; recording in portrait orientation (9:16)
Quiet environment with good, even lighting
Clear audio (external microphone recommended)
