Singers (m/f/d) as soprano, tenor, baritone or bass for a touring theater

We are a touring theater and are on the road every week.

Since you can play every week, but don't have to, there is still enough time for other activities and engagements.

We offer a great, highly motivated team, paid rehearsals, free accommodation during rehearsals, tours and workshops.

The "JO! Junge Oper" has set itself the task of reintroducing children and young people to the world of opera with wit, charm, enthusiasm and, above all, lots of fun. 

We do this with opera performances and opera workshops lasting several days, mainly in schools and throughout Germany. 

A performance team consists of three singers and is on the road every week. A performance week comprises around 4 to 10 performances, each lasting about an hour. 

A workshop team consists of two singers, one of whom is responsible for the scenic rehearsals and the other for the musical rehearsals. This team is completed on the day of the final performance(s) by the missing vocal subject. A workshop lasts three to six days.

The performances and workshops mainly take place in the mornings.

If you have a classically trained voice or are in training, a talent for acting, enjoy working with children and young people and have a very good knowledge of German, apply now!
A class B driving license is desirable.
