Prop Stylist (m/f/d) at the "IFA" trade fair in Berlin

We’re looking for a Prop Stylist to be responsible for the on-site styling and visual setup of our brand’s booth at IFA 2026.

Dates:

• September 1 – 8 hours

• September 2 – 8 hours

Location: Messe Berlin

Payment:

• Temporary Employment (Short-Term Employment):
  €19.00 gross per hour

• Freelance / Self-Employed (Business License):
  €20.00 per hour, invoiced

For our booth at IFA 2026, we are looking for a set dresser to add the finishing touches before the exhibition opens.

The set will already be designed, but we need someone to handle the final styling touches and ensure everything looks perfect on site.

Tasks:

• Carry out the final on-site styling of the booth according to the approved design concept.

• Arrange and position props, decorative elements, furniture, and product displays.

• Ensure the booth has a premium, visually appealing look.

• Make last-minute styling adjustments before the show opens.

• Coordinate with the production and event teams to ensure the set remains presentable.

• Maintain visual consistency and attention to detail across all display areas.

• Assist with the installation and removal of decorative elements during setup.

• Ensure all styling elements are clean, organized, and in excellent condition.

• Troubleshoot minor aesthetic issues that arise during the event.
