Promoter / Salesperson (m/f/d) for a Nespresso stand in Ratingen

Location: Various Nespresso retail locations in Ratingen
Working hours: 10:00 - 19:00
Training dates: 18.-20. August in Frankfurt (travel, accommodation and meals provided)
Start of shift: from September

Your role:
- Represent Nespresso in-store with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Actively approach customers and promote sales of Nespresso coffee machines and pods
- Demonstrate product features and help customers find the perfect coffee
- Achieve sales targets to release commission bonuses

Main tasks:

• Competent advice to customers on Nespresso coffee machines and coffee products

• Presentation and demonstration of the machines including preparation of coffee samples

• Active sales promotion and achievement of the Sales targets

• Support and maintenance of the product presentation at the POS

• Building and maintaining a positive customer relationship for brand loyalty

• Participation in internal training courses and product training

Requirements:

• Friendly, communicative and sales-oriented appearance

• Confident, sales-oriented personalities with a passion for coffee

• Experience in sales, ideally in the electronics or food sector

• Customer orientation and confident appearance

• Flexibility and ability to work in a team

• Basic knowledge of German; further language skills an advantage

• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays

• Willingness to work continuously from September

• Willingness to travel to Frankfurt for training (fully covered!)

• Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is a big plus
