In 2025, IKEA is once again celebrating the popular MachMidsommar across Germany - with a colorful bouquet of activities, surprises and lots of good humor. Whether it's tying flower wreaths, breakfast in bed, a champagne reception or a ball pool for adults: We are looking for you - with your open nature, your organizational talent and your enthusiasm for putting a smile on people's faces.
Your job:
You are the face of the campaign on site - friendly, helpful and attentive. Your tasks may include:
Flower wreath tying: Setting up & instructions, actively encouraging customers to take part
Voucher/coupon distribution: Welcoming guests in the entrance area and handing out vouchers
Craft & painting street: Creative supervision of children, support with crafting & painting
Champagne reception & food area: Assistance with serving and reception
Frog dance & pillow target toss: Encouraging children to dance, supervising game stations
Surprising team: Surprising customers in the market with small gestures
Costume promotion: Being out and about as Fabler Björn and taking photos with big & little fans
Costume escort: Ensuring that the way is clear for the costume wearers
Team Manager:in (optional): Contact person:in on site, coordination, break scheduling, team feedback via our system
