Job description
We are looking for a motivated team to actively sell Sierra cans (tequila) at the “AIRBEAT ONE” festival. Equipped with a beverage backpack, you’ll move around the festival grounds, actively approach visitors, and make direct sales of the products.
Sales Promoter (5 people): Actively approach visitors, generate enthusiasm for the product, and successfully sell from the beverage backpack.
Accommodations: Upon request, a spot at the crew campground (with your own equipment) will be provided (arrival one day in advance is possible).
Outfit: A branded shirt (and, if applicable, a cap) will be provided. You must bring your own pants and sturdy shoes.
Daily rate: 200 €

Role / Requirements profile
Experience: Solid experience in promotional work or active sales.
Attitude: A “hands-on” mentality and absolute perseverance—even in loud, hot environments with high foot traffic.
Communication: You’re outgoing, proactively approach people, and love direct customer contact.
Availability: Full availability for the entire assignment period.
