Models (m/f/d) as “Outdoor Performers” for a campaign photo shoot

We are an owner-managed strategy and communications agency based in Paderborn and Berlin. We are looking for friendly and authentic “characters” to serve as models: “Outdoor Performers (Hiking & Biking with Performance)" (m/f/d) for our next campaign shoot in Saalbach, Austria. We are looking for women and men between the ages of 35 and 50. Please also see the PDF "Performer Profile."

Tasks
Participation in a one-day shoot on August 16 and/or 17, 2026, in Saalbach (Austria). Approx. 10 hours/day.

Performers in short clips (approx. 10 seconds each) as well as for stills (photos).

Goal of this first production:
Positioning Saalbach as a “destination”—safe, relaxed, and laid-back family and group vacations in one of Europe’s largest Alpine regions. The images will be used for print, digital, and social media campaigns and will showcase authentic, emotionally resonant moments. 

Fee
Daily rate of 1,000.00 EUR, including all buyouts. Travel expenses and accommodations will be reimbursed separately or provided.

Our cast members should reflect a cross-section of society and ideally be between 35 and 50 years old (we’re flexible on this).

• Natural presence on camera and a positive demeanor

• Kind, caring, cheerful, enthusiastic

• Experience in acting and/or modeling

• Age range: 35–50 years old

• No lines required

• Work on a fee basis

• Appearance: Western European
