Job description
We are Marketing Connect, a social media agency based in Cologne, and we produce monthly Reels for Instagram and TikTok for a client in Bremen. For this project, we are looking for a model (m/f/d) from Bremen or the surrounding area to join us regularly on filming days.
Your responsibilities:
You’ll appear on camera for the company during short video shoots focused on solar energy and sales—as a host, in street content, interviews, POV scenes, and storytelling formats. No traditional photo shoots, but rather casual, authentic social media content. Filming takes place in Bremen, partly outdoors and partly on location.
Scope:
1–2 filming days per month

What you bring to the table:
You’re natural and relaxed in front of the camera, speak fluent German, and are reliable and flexible when it comes to scheduling. Experience with Reels/TikTok is a plus, but not required—charisma matters more than a portfolio. Must be at least 18 years old and live in Bremen or within a 30 km radius.
