Role description “Trol” A passionately clown fears the end of his career and grieves his old stage friends. Through the blessings of the “goddess” he gets one last chance to bring his best memories into live again in a pact of eternal friendship: Grand Moments Main wanted profiles: • Mimes • Comedians • Physical Actors Qualifications & Skills: • Be passionate about live performance • creative spirit • improvisation abilities • no fear of horses • pantomime skills • be open to learn dance, new movements, etc. • Playing age: 60, Actor's age: 28 years or older Further qualifications: • Completed training in theatre, physical theatre, commedia dell’arte or mime • Work experience • Physical precision, emotional projection and a good sense of movement • Radiant stage presence, charisma and the ability to perform in front of a very large audience • Artists must be willing to step out of their normal working environment and perform in a type of show that has a completely different way of working to that of other companies Required Media: • Showreel • Videoscene: Trol is a sweet older man that anyone just love. Please create a pantomime scene that shows different emotions with their transitions: Happiness to sadness, joy to seriousness. It can also be surprising and it would be great to see you walking with a stick. Project data • Rehearsals: October 3 - 18, 2024 • Shows: October 19, 2024 – June 22, 2025 • Venues: arenas and big halls in over 30 Cities in Germany and Europe • Only Weekends – siehe Tourplan for Dates • 4 – 5 shows per Weekend, show length: 2,5h (incl. 25min. pause) • Free accommodation on rehearsal and show days • Catering on rehearsal and show days • Fee: 800 € per show weekend + 150 € travel allowance.
