Mid- and Best Ager Creator (m/f) with work-related dry hands for “Feste Handcreme”

We’re looking for a content creator (female, 40+), who deals with dry, stressed hands in her daily work and will shoot authentic content for our client Calibar. Calibar is a small natural cosmetics manufacturer based in the northern Black Forest. Our focus is on the solid hand cream, a water-free treatment for dry, rough, and stressed hands.

Ideally, you work in a profession where you constantly wash or sanitize your hands—for example, in healthcare, hairdressing, cleaning, the restaurant industry, or at a daycare center.

🎯 What’s it all about?
You film yourself with your cell phone and:

• show the product and how you incorporate it into your daily routine

• share openly and honestly how your hands feel because of your job and what has changed (it’s about your real experience, without exaggerated promises)

• demonstrate the application naturally—warm it up, use a small amount, let it absorb

• record a script we provide

• film beautiful, high-quality B-roll footage

Authentic, honest, relatable. No glossy beauty aesthetic—just genuine and relatable. We’re not showing “perfect hands,” but honest, realistic moments from everyday work life.

You should...
