The opportunity to become part of a young, nonprofit cultural organization
Opportunities for further productions within apiro stage

Salary: > €3,000 gross / month for a 35-hour workweek plus tax-free allowances: Full payment of statutory allowances (25% night shift allowance starting at 8:00 PM, 50% Sunday & holiday premium)
Rehearsal period: Monday through Saturday – at least 2 days off per week guaranteed.
Performance season (6 shows): Thursday and Friday (1 show each starting at 7:00 PM), Saturday and Sunday (double shows each day). Fixed days off from Monday through Wednesday.
apiro stage develops and produces extraordinary live experiences. As a nonprofit organization, we create our own stage productions and provide a platform for new stories, authors, and composers.
With the hit Cologne musical *Himmel und Kölle*, we demonstrated how modern entertainment theater can inspire people. With *Kick Like A Woman*, we’re continuing on this path and will bring a new in-house production to the stage of Depot 1 in Cologne-Mülheim in November 2026.
We work with passion, creativity, and a commitment to creating theater that entertains, moves, and brings people together.
We look forward to receiving applications from people who want to join us in creating theater that makes an impact.
