Job description
We’re looking for the female lead for a commercial featuring the rapper SSIO.
The story: A heavily pregnant goth girl—SSIO’s wife in the commercial—is lying in the delivery room, about to give birth. But in the end, instead of a baby, a Christmas tree comes out. Surrounding her are an overwhelmed doctor, a team of midwives, and SSIO, who is filming the birth with a camcorder and, at the crucial moment, starts a philosophical discussion about fatherhood.
Tone: over-the-top, crude humor in the style of SSIO. The commercial promotes his Tannenbusch shop and includes corresponding cannabis references.

Shooting Date: September 22, 2026, one day of filming
Filming location: Cologne area

E-Casting
We’re using a short self-tape instead of an in-person open casting call. We’ll send you the script in advance so you’re familiar with the context.
Task 1 – Contractions without dialogue (approx. 30 seconds)
Lie down or sit so that we can see your upper body and face. Act out a contraction that begins, intensifies, turns into a scream, and then subsides. Then do a second one, stronger. We want to see breathing, tension, and effort on your face—not just volume. Don’t be afraid to go all out—in this case, too much is better than being too cautious.
Task 2 – The Speech
SSIO stands next to you and, in the middle of your contraction, gives a speech about whether now is even the right time to have a child. You interrupt him—visibly stressed, loudly—and finally give the command to pull.
Goth Girl
“Stop, stop, don’t get political, don’t come at me with that toxic masculine bullshit. Stay out of it—I’ll decide that. And now PULL!”
Please play this twice: once annoyed and angry, once as if you’re about to break down.
Technical Details
A cell phone is perfectly fine, [landscape/portrait], steady camera position, no filters
Even lighting from the front, face must be clearly recognizable
Sound is more important than image: quiet room, phone close enough so the scream doesn’t clip
No goth styling needed—just come as you are
Start with a short slate: Name, age, city of residence, availability on September 22.
All in one video; unedited is fine
Send the tape by September 19 to casting@flugmodus.tv
We use the tapes exclusively for internal casting purposes and delete them afterward
Submit your application with a resume, recent photos, and—if available—a showreel. We’ll get back to you promptly; the cast will be selected shortly.
Role / Requirements profile
Goth type or ready for a full goth look (black, makeup, dark aesthetic). Tattoos and piercings are no problem—in fact, they’re a plus
Comedic timing and the courage to overact—the role thrives on screaming, swearing, and looking annoyed
Willingness to perform a birthing scene: you’ll be lying or sitting on a birthing stool for long stretches, screaming and pushing. Your lower body will be covered at all times by a skirt and blanket; there are no nude scenes. A pregnancy belly will be provided
Short text passage in German
Must have a sense of humor: The commercial features crude jokes and a moment where SSIO sniffs a pair of panties. We’ll send you the script in advance so you know exactly what you’re getting into
On September 22, available all day; travel to Cologne possible
Acting experience is welcome but not required—presence and look are more important
Gender
Female / Non-binary
Acting age
20 – 38 years
