I am looking for an actor to play the lead role in a psychological thriller short film.

Yasim is a quiet, intelligent, and thoughtful person. While others take many things for granted, he questions them. He spends a lot of time lost in thought and is interested in social developments, geopolitics, and the question of how opinions are formed and influenced—yet he doesn’t even realize how much he himself is being manipulated by his environment.

He is a loner not out of insecurity, but out of conviction. Superficial conversations bore him. He’d rather spend time alone or discuss topics that truly concern him for hours on end with his best friend.

Yasim has a strong desire to be understood rather than judged prematurely. He observes his surroundings closely and recognizes connections that remain hidden to others—or at least, that’s what he believes.

As the story unfolds, his perception begins to waver. Coincidences seem to take on meaning, patterns emerge where none existed before, and the line between reality and delusion begins to blur.
