Job description

Become part of an immersive fantasy gaming world.

For an exhibition booth at Gamescom in Cologne, we are looking for a Junior Stage Manager / Actor Support staff member to assist character performers behind the scenes and during live booth events.

This role focuses on ensuring that character performers are ready, on time, and well-supported throughout the event day. The Junior Stage Manager / Actor Support team will escort performers from the dressing area to the booth area, help manage the schedule, facilitate water breaks, assist with simple costume checks, and ensure that the characters always look polished and prepared.

We are looking for practical, calm, and highly responsible individuals with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a hands-on attitude. This is not a performing role. It is a behind-the-scenes support role for people who can help actors stay focused, support the team, and quickly resolve minor issues.

No sewing or costume-making skills are required for this role.

Full availability from August 24 to 30 is required.

Rate: 15 € per hour – Final details depend on the assignment and schedule.
