Installers (m/f/d) at the "IFA" trade fair in Berlin

We are looking for experienced installers to assist with the booth setup at IFA Berlin 2026.

Required profiles:

• Heavy Load Profile

• Light Load Profile

• Video Wall Installers

Work Schedule:

• August 29, 30, and 31, September 8, 9, and 10 – Heavy Load Profile: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM (Except September 8: 6:00 PM–10:00 PM)

• August 31, September 1, 2 & 8 – Light Load Schedules: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM (Except September 8: 6:00 PM–10:00 PM)

• August 29, 30 & 31, September 1, 8 & 9 - Video Wall Installer Profile: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM (Except September 8: 6:00 PM–10:00 PM)

Tasks:

Heavy Load Profile

• Unloading and moving boxes, materials, and equipment

• Assisting with booth construction and installation

• General setup support

All Installers

• Assisting with booth assembly and setup

• Preparing the booth for the exhibition

• Supporting the team with general installation tasks

Location: Messe Berlin

Payment: €20/hour gross (short-term employment or freelance contract)

Role/Requirements Profile

• Experience in event setup, booth construction, logistics, or similar installation work

• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual setup tasks (especially for heavy-load roles)

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently as part of a team

• Basic German or English communication skills

• Safety-conscious and able to follow on-site instructions

• Freelancer with a VAT ID or available for short-term employment (kurzfristige Beschäftigung)
