Hosts/Hostesses for a consumer electronics brand, IFA Berlin 2026: Access control, VIP/press accreditation, product demos, lead generation. €20 net/hour (freelance) / €19 gross/hour (short-term). No travel

Join PBM Europe and represent a leading global consumer electronics brand at IFA Berlin.

Responsibilities: Access control, accreditation of press and VIPs, conducting product demos, lead capture via app, and supporting the marketing team with daily booth logistics. Freelancer

Compensation: €20 net/hour (business license and VAT ID required). We offer a short-term contract at €19 gross/hour.

Working hours: Sept. 2–3, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; Sept. 4–8, 9:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.

You are responsible for your own travel to Berlin, inner-city transportation, meals, and accommodation; no reimbursement will be provided.

We are looking for hosts and hostesses with a professional appearance and fluency in German and English who can engage an international audience and present innovations.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage access control and visitor flow.

• Professional reception and accreditation of VIPs and the press.

• Customer-focused, guided product presentations.

• Lead capture via app and distribution of informational materials.

• Operational support for the marketing team, including daily reports.

Key Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in trade shows, events, or premium retail.

• Professional demeanor and excellent service-oriented soft skills.

• Fluent in German and English; additional languages (French, Italian, Mandarin) welcome.

• Full availability from September 2 to 8.

• Reliability, ability to handle the fast pace of a trade show, clear focus on results.

• Residence in Berlin or ability to commute daily at your own expense (no travel, meal, or lodging allowances).
