Job description
For a short film by the Munich University of Television and Film (HFF), we are currently looking for a father (approx. 35–45 years old) and a daughter (approx. 11–14 years old)who would like to appear in a short scene of our film.
Synopsis:
Boxing practice is a safe space for Noah (12) and her friends, where they can explore their dreams and aspirations. But while Noah tries to push aside the reality of a recent loss, it increasingly intrudes on her training until she finds the courage to dream up a new reality.
For our short film, we’re looking for a father and a daughter for the final scene. In it, Noah and Lia, two actresses in our film, stand in front of the window of a boxing gym and watch a father and his daughter standing on a sidewalk, chatting.
The father and daughter are wearing sports jerseys and are talking about how they’re about to go to practice. The daughter is a little embarrassed by her jersey—a small, everyday father-daughter situation.
Shooting date: October 4.
Location: Sendling-Westpark, Munich
Shooting time: approx. 2–3 hours at noon/in the afternoon
We are a small, dedicated film crew that has already worked together on previous projects, and we’re very much looking forward to the upcoming shoot.
Since this is a student short film project, we unfortunately cannot pay a fee. Refreshments on set will, of course, be provided.
If you’re interested or have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time. We look forward to hearing from you!
