Experienced business journalist / moderator (m/f/d) as content lead for a corporate group

For an internal format of a group in Heidelberg, we are looking for an experienced person from the fields of business journalism, moderation or corporate communications to act as Content Lead for the content of the project.

We produce the film documentation of the format for internal reuse. The focus is on securing the key results in terms of content, not on classic marketing production.

Your task as Content Lead:

• Introduction to the agenda, sessions and strategy content before the event (approx. 1 preparation day, can be scheduled flexibly)

• Development of a structured interview guide for post-session interviews

• On-site content management on the days of the event

• Own responsibility for conducting interviews with board members, executives and workshop leaders:inside

• Contact person at eye level for the client side during the event

Dates:

• Location: Heidelberg

• Time period: 15.-16 June 2026 (2 days on site) plus 1 day preparation

• Travel expenses: will be reimbursed additionally

• Confidentiality: NDA will be signed before the start of the project

• Use: exclusively internal use at the client, no public publication, not on-camera

Mandatory requirements:

• Multi-year experience as a business journalist, moderator for business formats or in a comparable editorial position

• Proven experience with interviews at C-level (board members, managing directors:inside large companies)

• Confident appearance in a corporate environment and familiarity with the language, culture and sensitivities of DAX companies

• Very good understanding of topics such as strategy, leadership, Transformation and leadership development

• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex content and to filter out the essentials

• Business fluent in German, very good English
