The Innsbruck Festival of Early Music is one of the most renowned festivals for early music in Europe. We owe this success to the outstanding artists and a young, dynamic and well-coordinated team.
We are looking for motivated and energetic employees (m/f/d) in various areas to strengthen our team for July and August 2025:
PROJECT SUPERVISION
Administrative activities in the preparation, supervision and follow-up of our events (operas, concerts, other events)
Maintaining contact with the artists and looking after them on site
Interface between productions and the artistic operations office
Creating schedules and timetables, as well as event and travel organization
Support in the support and maintenance of artist data
Score knowledge and experience in dealing with scores / sheet music
Foreign language skills are an advantage (e.g. English, Italian, ...).B. English, Italian, ...)
Earnings: The monthly gross salary is at least € 1,750 (full-time basis, 40 working hours). Depending on qualifications and experience, overpayment is possible.
Working period: Beginning of July to end of August (varies)

Garderobe service
Program sales, information stand, etc.
Earnings: The monthly gross salary is at least € 1,650 (full-time basis, 40 working hours). Overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and experience. However, the positions are only advertised as part-time employment (aliquot payment).
Working period: End of July to end of August
STAGEHANDS
General technical support during the events
Transportation or Set-up/dismantling of instruments and stage equipment
Set-up and dismantling of stages
Experience in stage construction, orchestra, musician or similar advantageous
Driving license class B with driving experience desirable
Earnings: The monthly gross salary is at least € 1.600,- (full-time basis, 40 working hours). Depending on qualifications and experience, overpayment is possible. However, the positions are only advertised as part-time employment (aliquot payment).
Working period: End of July to end of August
We offer valuable insights into the day-to-day work of an internationally operating festival. Working with the festival's various partners (artists and agencies, venues, theater staff, caterers, various partner institutions, etc.) allows you to consolidate and expand your social skills, stress resistance, language skills and professional appearance.
