Job description
For a social campaign aimed at young people, we are looking for an experienced UGC creator in their early 20s who can tell personal stories in a particularly authentic and relatable way.
For this role, we especially welcome applications from queer, trans, or nonbinary creators, as well as BIPoC creators. Above all, it’s crucial that you can convey topics related to identity, social expectations, belonging, and being different in a credible and sensitive way.
You shouldn’t be shy about sharing more emotional stories directly on camera. At the same time, we need someone who thinks visually and can independently turn a concept into a varied social media production.
Scope & Compensation:
2 videos
€200 per video / €400 total
Buyout / usage rights will be agreed upon individually with the creator and set forth in a contract.
Role / Requirements profile
Ideally in their early 20s
UGC experience
Strong, natural on-camera presence
a good sense of storytelling
confident and respectful handling of queer and identity-related topics
Your own creative ideas for B-roll and staging
The Shoot:
Production will take place entirely remotely. You’ll film both the narration segments directly into the camera and various B-roll scenes yourself. We’ll provide you with a script and a content framework, but we expressly encourage you to draw on your experience as a creator and develop your own visual ideas.
The videos are part of a social campaign designed to reach children and teens in challenging situations and raise awareness of available support options.
The content will be published on TikTok and Meta; on TikTok, it is also planned to use the content as a paid ad.
Gender
