Diponent (m/f/d) in the artistic operations office for the "Theater Plauen-Zwickau"

The Theater Plauen-Zwickau is looking for a full-time Scheduler (m/f/d) in the Artistic Operations Office with a focus on drama and young theater from 03.08.2026.

The Theater Plauen-Zwickau is a merged multi-genre theater with its own orchestra and is based in Plauen and Zwickau. Both cities are places of work, the first place of work is Plauen

The job includes the completion of the various tasks at the KBB.

These include:

• working on/creating daily, weekly schedules based on the monthly schedule

• processing vacation requests and sick notes

• creating the evening cast notices

• scheduling fitting, Mask dates in consultation with the respective department heads

• ensuring the constant flow of information to the departments

• sending out appointment letters, organizing the management services

• creating the rehearsal scheduling for planned productions

• organizing cast changes 

• Supervision of guest performances (catering, accommodation, checkrooms, technical arrangements

• Occupancy and supervision of guest apartments

• Booking of guest accommodation

• Scheduling of shuttles/buses

• Arrangements with piano tuner, cleaning company, auditions, auditions, etc.

The remuneration is based on the collective agreement NV Bühne.
