🎬 CASTING INSTRUCTIONS - SELF-TAPE
Query format, chest up, good light. Each scene 5-10 seconds (dialog max. 15 sec.). Stay natural, no big gestures or exaggerations. Humor comes from restraint, precise timing and small details.
1st café moment
Emotion: mild curiosity, slightly amused but controlled
Play: You are sitting relaxed with a drink. Something slightly absurd happens next to you (imaginary). Only a small reaction: Raise an eyebrow, blink slightly, exhale softly - then continue unperturbed.
2. Card swipe person
Use any small object as a card reader (e.g. remote control, smartphone).
Emotion: Growing frustration, but controlled
Play: When paying in front of the waiter, card does not work. Use card incorrectly several times, wipe on pants, breathe on it, try again, exhale in annoyance. Try to get the card to work.
3. Almost kiss
Emotion: tender tension, then surprised pause
Play: Looking into the camera, gently leaning forward, you start to kiss. Stop abruptly just before, something has irritated you. Look slightly to the side, a hint of irritation, slowly lean back.
4. Dialogue test
Play both roles yourself, slightly change the direction of your gaze or body posture. Take short breaks, keep it dry. Imagine yourself: You are in a café, have just observed a small, absurd everyday scene, and now a short, casual exchange takes place between the service employee and the guest.
Role 1 (service employee) - neutral observation
"You must have forgotten something."
Role 2 (customer) - slightly amused, but calm
"Happens more often than you think."
Role 1 (service employee) - matter-of-fact, casual
"There are now really simple solutions."
Role 2 (customer) - satisfied agreement
"Yes. Fortunately."
