Dance teachers (f/m/d) for children's & youth dance

On a fee basis with a long-term perspective

DanzZwiEt sees itself as a repertoire school for modern stage and dance theater work.
The focus of our work is on choreographies and dance etudes that children and young people build up over many years in terms of dance and artistry. The lessons not only serve to teach movements, but also to develop expressiveness, stage presence, creative will and dance quality.
Classical dance forms the technical foundation for us - not as a stage language, but as a basis for precision, body awareness and movement quality in modern dance, show and dance theater.
Many of our choreographies have been further developed with new generations for decades and regularly achieve the highest awards at competitions and association events. This shows time and again that choreographic quality is not only created through movement material, but also through long-term pedagogical development work.
Movement qualities and forms of expression are already taught in class, which later become part of the choreographic stage work. Our teaching and stage work are directly intertwined.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Founded dance training (e.g. classical, modern, jazz, folk, show dance or other dance styles)

• educational experience in the children's and youth sector

• understanding of long-term dance development

• the ability to pass on choreographic material and dance etudes

• enjoyment of expression, Stage work and ensemble work

• methodical and structured teaching structure

• theater or stage experience is an advantage

WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO US

We are not looking for a pure workshop or commercial teacher, but a personality with a broad dance foundation and an understanding of choreographic development work. We are particularly happy to hear from experienced dancers or teachers who would like to return to long-term artistic work after a family phase or career break.
