We are currently shooting our short film "Under the Skin" as part of our 5th semester at the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences in the Media: Conception & Production in Wiesbaden.
Logline: When life grows inside you, but it feels like something is eating you up from the inside. In a feverish nightmare, a young woman experiences pregnancy not as a miracle, but as a physical and psychological horror.
The filming period would be from December 02 - 03, from 16:00 to approx. 23:30 in the Mainzer Oberstadt.
As we are a no-budget student project, we are unfortunately unable to pay a fee, accommodation or reimbursement of travel costs, but we can organize a return trip after the shoot if required.
On completion, you will of course receive the edited material. In addition, we would like to submit the film to several festivals afterwards.
We would be very happy if you would be interested in taking on this role and would love to hear from you.

Georg is in his mid to late 60s, has been happily married to Heike for many years and is a loving, warm-hearted family man. He loves his children and very much wants to have grandchildren one day. At the same time, he is a little awkward when dealing with topics such as pregnancy because he can't relate to them. He always means well, but sometimes overlooks what his daughters really need or feel. Georg is warm and humorous, but not the type to talk about emotions. He prefers to show his love through small gestures in everyday life.
It would be perfect if he already had some acting experience!
