Actress (f/d) to play "Gabi" in a social media series for a well-known car brand

We’re casting for the role of “Gabi” in a social media series for a well-known car brand. The series consists of 5 episodes, each approximately 30 seconds long, in portrait format (9:16) for social media. The main character is Ronny, a grumpy but likable Berliner in his mid-40s who complains about things that are actually good.

The role: Gabi is Ronny’s wife—a Berliner who is warm and has a great sense of humor. In her episode, she steps out the front door; the car recites a cheesy poem in Ronny’s voice—she stops in her tracks and melts. Then she gets in, kisses Ronny on the cheek, and asks with a grin, “Did you record that?”

Schedule: 1 day of filming between November 24 and 26, 2026, in Berlin, from the afternoon into the evening, outdoors at dusk

Please send us:
– Confirmation of your availability for November 24–26, 2026
– A self-tape in portrait orientation (9:16), acted naturally, including both tasks:

Task 1: Walk toward the camera and stop. Someone reads you a cheesy love poem: first surprise, then melt away. Then, grinning: “Did you record that?”

Task 2: Dry, facing the camera head-on: “Ronny. You forgot the milk. Again.”

Important: Unfortunately, we cannot consider applications without a self-tape, and they will be immediately rejected.

– Age: approx. 38–50 years old, a good match for Ronny (40–50)
– Personality: Warm, down-to-earth, and full of life. A woman who sees right through her grumpy husband and loves him precisely for that.
– Appearance: Natural and likable, not a model’s look. Someone the audience can immediately relate to.
– Performance: Primarily through reactions—facial expressions and timing drive the scene. Gabi is on screen for about 10 seconds.
– Language: A short line in English with an audible German accent.
– Plus: Chemistry with our Ronny. A joint callback is planned.
– A self-tape is required.
