The Institut français Aachen is looking for an actress for a theater project.

The Institut français Aachen would like to stage a Franco-German play at the beginning of December 2025 and is looking for an actress.

Two performances of a play are planned in which historical figures from German and French history talk about Europe and their relationship to the other country.

The play is divided into French and German parts, which alternate. The French parts are performed by a native-speaking actor.

Role/requirement profile

We are looking for an actress aged 20-50 years.

Residence in Aachen or the region is an advantage. Time flexibility for the planning of 3 rehearsals in Aachen city center (end of November). Also availability on two evenings in early/mid-December for the performance. All dates by arrangement.

Knowledge of French is not required, but an advantage.
