Job description

Step into a world inspired by Middle Eastern/Arabic fantasy and help us create a welcoming, immersive, and exciting experience for visitors.

For this project, an Oriental/Middle Eastern/Arabic-inspired look is required, as the role is part of the booth’s visual world.

The role includes supporting assigned actors during the event, helping with timing, escorting them between areas, ensuring costumes are ready, providing water breaks, making minor wardrobe adjustments, and performing other simple on-site actor support tasks.

Since we have several actors on site, we are looking for multiple reliable people to fill this role.

Optional: Please mention if you have experience in backstage support, wardrobe assistance, actor support, events, theater, film productions, or high-traffic event environments

Please note that travel and accommodation are not covered.

During the event, all team members will receive water, lunch, and snacks on site.

Role / Requirements profile

We are looking for open, friendly, and reliable people with a professional appearance.

For this project, an Oriental/Middle Eastern/Arabic-inspired look is required, as the role is part of the booth’s visual concept.

You should enjoy working in a team, feel comfortable supporting actors directly, and be able to remain calm, attentive, discreet, and service-oriented in a busy trade show environment.

Good German and English skills, punctuality, teamwork, practical thinking, a basic sense of style, and availability during the project period are important.

The ability to issue a valid invoice is required.

CateringWater, one meal, and snacks will be provided for all team members during the event.
