Yesterday a child, today an adult: a (music) film about family, origins and the traces that remain when people and places disappear.

The music video tells a fragmentary family story about memories of childhood, grandparents and transience. The narrative unfolds on two levels: On the one hand, flashbacks that show the grandchild's relationship with her grandparents in a cheerful, nostalgic and light-hearted way. Secondly, the granddaughter is shown in adulthood, visiting her grandparents' home after their death: sober, dry, emotional and melancholy. The scenes are free of dialog and thrive on subtle facial expressions, gestures and authentic presence.
