Actor (m/f) as a “tradesperson/electrician” for a promotional video

For an international corporate image film for a leading manufacturer of vehicle interiors, we are producing an approximately 90-second film for trade shows, online, and social media.

The film features a real electrician in their everyday work—calm, precise, and authentic. The focus is not on staged models, but on authentic individuals with genuine craftsmanship.

We tell the story visually, without spoken dialogue. The impact comes solely from behavior, body language, and precise work processes. Basic knowledge of how to use hand tools is a plus.

We’re looking for a handyman:

• Electrician

For this role, we’re specifically looking for someone who has approximately the following body measurements :

• Waist circumference at the navel: approx. 100 cm 

• Torso to chest height: approx. 25 cm

• Chest width: just over 30 cm

• Height: 183 cm

• Shoe size: 43–44

• T-shirt size: usually L

• Pants size: 34/32 (waist / inseam)

Gender: male

Age: 35–55 years

Type: down-to-earth, believable, genuine working-class reality visible

Hands:
Very important for the film:

• strong, authentic working-class hands

• suitable for extreme close-ups (macro)

• well-groomed, but with character

Performance style:
You will be shown in the film performing focused work (handling tools, assembling, inspecting). No dialogue
