Role players (m/f/d) as "Civilian on the Battlefield" for the NATO soldier exercises
We are looking for employees who would like to:Support soldiers from NATO countries and NATO partner countries in preparing for their missions by, among other things, training them in how to help local leaders and the civilian population in times of war and other crises.experience the Bavarian flora and fauna and work in the beautiful nature reserve of JMRC Hohenfels in changing weather conditions.try something new and exciting and seek a distraction from everyday lifework with people from all over Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Austria, the Netherlands and other EU countries to represent a realistic urban population. What Valbin Corp. offers you as an employer: You will gain insights into different activities of soldiers in a war or crisis scenario. During the exercise, you will be assigned a role, which may have a different name, motives and priorities and represent a kind of "new identity". For example, a role as a café owner, salesperson, teacher, doctor, etc. in one of seven unique simulated villages on the training site. Depending on the role assigned to you, you have the opportunity to explore the different villages. During the military exercises, you will experience active combat at close quarters between NATO soldiers and enemy units. You can broaden your horizons by living closely with people of different ages, ethnicities, social backgrounds and life experiences. As a part-time role player, you will take part in exercises lasting between 12 and 18 days. You will be paid a flat rate of €124.10 (gross) per day. The daily assignment duration is up to 10 hours. You will be picked up by our coach company at the nearest assembly point (close to your home if possible) and taken to the "JMRC Hohenfels". After the exercise, you will take the coach back to your desired assembly point. Accommodation, food and drinks are provided. Accommodation is usually provided in the village where you work during the day. You can expect support from colleagues who have been taking part in such exercises for many years. Requirements to become a part-time Civilian on the Battlefield (COB): You are in possession of an EU citizenship or a German work permit. You have a basic knowledge of German and English. You are at least 18 years old. You are fit enough to walk 10-15 km a day. You are willing to take on the role assigned to you (e.g. police officer, doctor, teacher, professor, farmer, shopkeeper, etc.) and play it when you meet soldiers.You are willing to spend a lot of time outdoors.
