During the exercise, you will be assigned a role, which may have a different name, motives and priorities and represent a kind of "new identity". For example, a role as a café owner, salesperson, teacher, doctor, etc. in one of seven unique simulated villages on the training site. Depending on the role assigned to you, you have the opportunity to explore the different villages. During the military exercises, you will experience active combat at close quarters between NATO soldiers and enemy units. You can broaden your horizons by living closely with people of different ages, ethnicities, social backgrounds and life experiences. As a part-time role player, you will take part in exercises lasting between 12 and 18 days. You will be paid a flat rate of €124.10 (gross) per day. The daily assignment duration is up to 10 hours.
