Trainee (m/f/d) for "Recording Management" at WDR Cologne

These are your new tasks

• You learn the activities of production management from the ground up and are the decisive interface between editorial and technical departments - where creativity meets economic implementation

• You take care of the organization and coordination of all people & Resources required for a production or event

• With your expertise, you will accompany production and programming processes with different requirements

• You will get an overview of the commercial and business workflows

• Whether television, radio or online - you are on duty for everyone!

This is what you can expect

• An 18-month full-time traineeship at Germany's largest public broadcaster

• A joint onboarding, regular networking meetings and a varied training program as part of our #Talents program 

• 38.5 hours of work per week and 28 days of vacation per year

• A gross trainee salary of €1.650 in the first year and €1,700 in the second year

The selection process will then take place on one day between October 28 and November 8.

What you bring to the table

• You have completed media-related training or a media-related degree

• In addition, you have sound commercial knowledge

• You have stress resistance and resilience 

• A convincing and confident manner is in your blood
