Venue with a children's room in Berlin and the surrounding area for a social media production

For a social media and photo shoot for a German kids' supplement brand, we are looking for an authentic, lively residential location in Berlin or the immediate Berlin area on October 4, 2026.

We are looking for a larger house or a spacious apartment that looks authentically lived-in and family-friendly. We’re not looking for a perfectly staged look, but rather a cozy, personal location that truly reflects family life.

Production

• Date: October 4, 2026

• Shooting hours: approx. 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

• Location: Berlin or the surrounding area

• Cast: a family

• Production: Social media + photo shoot

• Location: House / larger apartment

• Budget: 600–1,000 € including full buyout of usage rights

We are particularly interested in locations that aren’t perfectly staged, but rather look authentic, cozy, and truly reflect “family life.”

Ideally, the location should offer the following:

• at least 3–4 functional rooms

• 1–2 nice children’s rooms or rooms that are clearly family-friendly

• living room / larger living area

• kitchen or dining area

• preferably also a hallway, garden, patio, or balcony

• a natural, lively family atmosphere

• personal decor and a genuine sense of coziness

• not a sterile or overly staged model home

• ample space
