We’re Dick Johnson 🖤 Men’s Grooming—but not stuffy, rather sassy, honest, and a little over the top—just right 😏

We’re looking for several female creators for our paid ads (Instagram, Meta, TikTok, etc.). No glossy ads 🚫, no staged actors 🎭—just real videos from real people 📱

Per set: 3–4 videos

Regular new briefings & shoots based on good performance

Your Responsibilities

• Creating UGC videos for TikTok & Instagram Ads, usually in bundles of 3 to 4 videos

• Product presentations, reviews, storytelling

• Selfie / POV-style content using a smartphone

• Implement scripts or contribute your own creative ideas; a video can also be entirely your own creative take

• Provide content for whitelisting & partnership ads

• For partnership ads, mostly boyfriend/girlfriend content, but we’re also open to your own creative formats

• Raw footage plus B-roll as standard deliverables; we handle all editing in-house 🎬

What you bring to the table

• Aged 25 to 35

• Native German speaker

• Confident, natural presence on camera

• Attractive, well-groomed & camera-friendly presence

• Self-confident, open, laid-back, preferably with a flirty charm

• TikTok/Instagram experience

• Your own smartphone with good video quality

• Interest in a long-term collaboration

• Open to whitelisting/partnership ads with performance-based revenue sharing on top 💸

• Ideally open to granting usage rights to the content for 6 to 12 months
