Job description

What does the field of activity look like?

  • Technical, in particular technical lighting implementation of guest performances, co-productions and special projects

  • Technical supervision of project developments, rehearsals and events

  • Preparation of the premises and equipment according to the technical requirements of individual productions

  • Care and maintenance of the technical equipment

What do we offer?

  • Pay for 30-40 hours per week, based on the collective agreement (TV-L). The exact level of remuneration is calculated according to the qualifications and experience of the person applying.

  • The opportunity to get to know a lively theater venue

  • Collaboration with a small and committed team

  • 30 days of vacation per year

Role/requirement profile

Your qualification is ideally:

  • A degree as a specialist in event technology

  • In-depth knowledge of lighting technology

  • Experience in working with lighting control consoles and software

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

  • The ability to work in a team, Reliability and an independent way of working

  • Interest in theater and willingness to adapt to artistic work processes

  • Confident knowledge of Office applications

  • Independence, ability to work in a team and organizational talent

  • Foreign language skills: English mandatory, a second foreign language is an advantage
