Promotions Team (m/f/d) for a leading global technology brand at “IFA Berlin 2026”

PBM Europe is putting together the team that will represent a leading global technology brand at IFA 2026 in Berlin.

The event will take place from September 2 to 8, 2026.

Duties include welcoming and orienting visitors, promoting products, learning about new technologies and product benefits, assisting with demonstrations, and providing support to trade visitors in the private area. Product training will enable the team to explain the solutions clearly and precisely.

Initial communication during the selection process will primarily take place via email or message.

Important: PBM Europe does not cover or reimburse any travel, transportation, lodging, or hotel expenses.

Compensation: €19 gross per hour for short-term employment or €22 per hour on an invoice basis for freelancers

• Very good to fluent German and good English skills.

• Confident, clear, and visitor-oriented demeanor.

• Well-groomed appearance, punctuality, reliability, and ability to work well in a team.

• A proactive work style and willingness to actively engage with visitors.

• Ability to learn about the technologies, features, and benefits of the products and explain them clearly.

• Residence in Berlin or a reliable daily commute to Messe Berlin. Travel and lodging expenses are not covered.

• Experience in trade shows, promotions, hospitality, customer service, sales, or product presentation is a plus.

• Freelancers must have a valid business license and be able to issue invoices.
