Person (m/f/d) with an extreme hobby for a ZDFneo show

For a ZDFneo show, we’re looking for open-minded and entertaining participants with an unusual, risky, or extreme hobby.

In the show, two celebrities meet various participants, ask them questions, and then have to figure out which hobby belongs to which person.

The show takes a lighthearted look at first impressions and explores whether you can really tell what someone’s interests are just by looking at them, or whether preconceptions and expectations lead you completely astray.

We’re especially looking for people whose risky hobbies you wouldn’t expect at all at first glance.

Exciting examples would include:

• Highlining

• Wingsuit flying

• Skydiving

• Motocross or enduro

• Ice climbing

• Downhill mountain biking

• Downhill longboarding

• Cliff jumping or high diving

• Parkour or freerunning

• a comparable, extraordinary high-risk hobby

It’s important that you actually practice your hobby actively and regularly. You don’t have to perform any dangerous stunts in the studio. However, for the shoot, it would be ideal if you could bring typical clothing or equipment, as well as meaningful photos and videos of your hobby.

We are looking for participants aged 18 and older who actively and regularly engage in an unusual, risky, or extreme hobby.

We are particularly interested in people who, at first glance, you wouldn’t expect to have this hobby based on their appearance, demeanor, or everyday life.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old

• Actually and regularly engage in the hobby

• Handle the associated risks safely and responsibly

• open, communicative, and entertaining on camera

• willing to answer questions about the hobby, personal experiences, and special moments

• agree to keep their hobby a secret for the time being during the game

• Ability to bring appropriate clothing, equipment, photos, or videos for the reveal

• Availability for a shoot lasting approximately five to six hours in Berlin-Adlershof

Acting experience is not required. What matters most is an authentic personality, a love of storytelling, and a surprising contrast between the person and their hobby.

People of all genders and backgrounds are expressly welcome.
