Moderator (f/d) for a new podcast & social media / film project
You have a voice that people like to listen to, are passionately creative and are keen to take a new, exciting path? Because maybe a project close to your heart is being created here that you've been looking for for a long time.
We are launching a new, cross-media format - with regular YouTube videos, a podcast about the world of media and real behind-the-scenes insights into our filming, castings, shoots and everyday agency life.
We are looking for a co-host who wants to be part of it from the very beginning - with their own ideas, personality and real drive. As a co-host, you will welcome interview guests in front of the camera and in the podcast, travel with us, exchange ideas, discuss and entertain - with heart, humor and sometimes depth. You will accompany our projects and will also be involved in suitable customer projects.
You will not only be the voice and face, but also a co-developer of the new content format.
In addition, you will work with us to build up the Neumeister Media brand and receive corresponding agency services from us.
And that's exactly what we're looking for you for - our new presenter and colleague!
You won't just be part of the project - we'll be creating new formats together. You will be the voice and face of a format that is open, entertaining, but also honest and profound. Together with our two other hosts, you will guide us through the brand new 2nd season of our podcast, exchange ideas with exciting guests, accompany shoots, reflect, ask questions - and develop something together with us that has the potential to become big.
The aim is to provide insights into the world of media for all those interested - but also to make it easier for newcomers to enter the world of film and media. In addition, our goal is to create a regular entertainment format with videos from everyday life and production life for the general public, with general topics and entertainment character. (Not too technical)
Compensation: Since this is an interdisciplinary project with different areas, which we will discuss and determine with the respective candidate, the participation will then be based on the final scope.
From our side, there will be an agency contract as well as a project contract with fixed agency services and a fixed participation in future advertising deals and corresponding monetization. We will also cover travel and accommodation costs in connection with this project.
You are a likeable, open personality, with a pleasant voice, a natural charisma and the ability to both talk and listen.
You are ambitious, creative, have your own ideas and are willing to take on responsibility. You enjoy working in a team, but are also independent and reliable. And: You love film, photography and adventure and really want to make a difference in this area.
You should be flexible in terms of both time and ideas so that we have the opportunity to continue to expand this project with you in the future.
Important:
This project is currently under construction. We are financing everything ourselves, without investors - because we believe in the format and know the potential. That's why we can't offer a traditional permanent position for this project at the beginning. But what we do offer is genuine involvement, a strong network, professional support - and the chance to create something great together that will sustain you in the long term.
We also put all our resources into the implementation of this joint project and the brand development of you, as a talent of ours, and also take care of financing the costs incurred for such a project.
