Hosts / Promoters (m/f/d) for “IFA Berlin 2026”

We are looking for communicative and service-oriented promoters, hostesses, and hosts for a large international technology booth at IFA Berlin 2026.

We are putting together a large team for various areas of the booth. Depending on your position, you’ll assist us with welcoming and attending to visitors, promoting products, conducting product demonstrations, or supporting trade visitors and guests.

No prior technical knowledge is required. Product training will prepare you for your duties and teach you the key features and benefits of the products on display.

Location: Messe Berlin
Dates: September 2–8, 2026

Work hours:

• September 2: 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

• September 3: 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

• September 4: 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

• September 5: 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

• September 6: 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

• September 7: 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

• September 8: 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Total planned hours: 58.5 hours.

Compensation:

19 € gross per hour for short-term employment
or
22 € per hour for freelancers on an invoice basis, plus sales tax, if applicable.

The specified work hours will be fully compensated, including scheduled breaks.

This corresponds to the following for full-time work:

Short-term employment: 1,111.50 € gross
Freelancers: €1,287.00 on an invoice basis, plus sales tax, if applicable.

Travel, transportation, hotel, and lodging expenses are not covered.

• Residence in Berlin or the surrounding area, or reliable daily commute to Messe Berlin

• Travel and lodging expenses will not be covered

• Freelancers must have a valid business license and be able to issue invoices
