Actresses (f/d) for the touring production "Anne Frank 3.0"
We are looking for a cast for our theater production Anne Frank 3.0
- We are looking for two actresses for the roles of Anne Frank/ Margot
- Period : 3.8 - 16.10.2026
It is a touring production. Tour activity from 26.8-16.10.2026 (7 weeks). The joint departure from Berlin is on Sunday and return on Thursday/Friday. There will be 4-5 performances per week at schools.
Remuneration:
Remuneration is on a fee/freelance basis.
15 euros per hour/ 3-4 hours per rehearsal/ 900-1200 euros during the rehearsal period.
30 euros per hour/ 25-30 performance days/ 240 euros per performance day/ 6000-7200 euros in the season.
Rehearsals/ rehearsals:
The rehearsals (play and workshop) take place in Berlin/ Charlottenburg. 15-20 scenic rehearsals from 3.8.2026 are scheduled. Rehearsals take place in the mornings. Usually 3-4 hours.
Activities of the actresses on tour:
Collaborative set-up of the play.
Acting in the play (45 minutes) playing time.
Workshop 60-90 minutes on Anne Frank with a class.
Procedure on the day of the event:
The team sets up the equipment together, prepares to act and performs the play. This is followed by a discussion round with the audience. Theater Scheselong is in charge of this. The actresses can take part here. After the discussion, 2 workshops on Anne Frank will take place, each with a class. These workshops will be led by the two actresses. Afterwards, the theater equipment is dismantled and driven to the next venue.
Organizational procedure/inspection:
The Scheselong Theatre will take care of the organizational procedure at the venues (schools) and the inspection as well as the transport. Theater Scheselong will book and pay for the overnight stays.
Application:
We ask for a personal cover letter and a CV. Afterwards we will get to know each other. This will be followed by an audition and trial work.
