Actresses (f/d) for a student short film

Hello,

I'm still looking for two female actresses for my student short film.

Logline:
When a young woman tries to hide a sports bag, she inadvertently drugs herself and a strange mushroom picker; now her panicked partner has to free the two drugged-up messes and the cargo from the forest.

Synopsis:
A young woman tries to deposit a sports bag in a forest hideout, but accidentally drugs herself and a strange mushroom picker in the process. Now her panicked accomplice must try to bring the two drugged-up chaotic individuals, who refuse to let go of the bag, and the located getaway vehicle to safety.

The plan is to shoot on December 14, 2025. We will start early in Leipzig with a van and return together in the evening.

ZOE:

Appearance

Young woman in her mid/early 20s in a checked shirt. She is restless, chews gum, blows loud bubbles and tries to act cool (which she often fails at).

Character

Impulsive, nervous, easily irritable. She is distracted and disorganized (constantly checks her cell phone, forgets things, talks to candy). Under the influence of drugs, she becomes dreamy, childlike and completely relaxed.

Conflict role

Must deliver/hide a pink sports bag in a forest hiding place. She is the cause of the problem as she poisons herself and Ray with the "vitamins". In the end, she is the relaxed slob who ignores the danger (GPS tracker, bag).

MIA:

Function: The panicked, pragmatic control figure who has to clean up.

Appearance

Completely rushed and panicked (arrives by bike). She acts impulsively out of desperation and frustration.

Character

Pragmatic, direct and quickly annoyed. She swears and rants about the situation and Zoe ("Zoe you dumbass"). She is determined and aggressive when it comes to regaining control (pulls Zoe, grabs Ray). She immediately recognizes that the drugs are the main problem.

Conflict Role

Mia is the unwilling problem solver who must prevent the worst from happening. Her goal is to get the GPS-tracked rental car, the mind-impaired accomplices and, above all, the all-important sports bag to safety before it's too late. Her frustration at the chaos Zoe has caused is her main driving force.

IMPORTANT! A class B driver's license is required for both roles.
